Ingredients: 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (About 2 Lbs) 1 Pineapple, Cut into 1 1/2 – Inch Chunks 2 – 3 Summer Squash, Cut Into 1½-Inch Chunks 1 Large Onion, Cut Into 1 1/2 – Inch Chunks 12 Strips Bacon 6 Long Skewers Instructions: Chop chicken thighs into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
