Taco Lime Shirmp Salad

Ingredients: 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined; 5 cups mixed greens; 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved; 1 avocado, chopped; 1/2 red onion, sliced; 1 tbsp. chili powder; 1/2 tbsp. paprika; 1/2 tsp. cumin powder; 1/2 cup lime juice; 1/3 cup packed cilantro leaves, roughly chopped; 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil; Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper; Wood or metal skewers; Instructions: In a bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, and 1/4 cup lime juice. BLT Pasta Salad

Monday’s usually a good day to start a diet or change your eating habits. We want to help support the cause and give you a great recipe to liven up your salad. Making small adjustments at  a time is what makes all of the difference. Ingredients: 2-1/2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta 6 cups torn romaine lettuce 1 medium tomato, diced 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce 1/4 teaspoon pepper Instructions: Cook pasta according to package directions.
