Bacon, Pineapple, Chicken Kabobs

A bbq favorite has a new twist! What’s a barbecue with out kabobs? Check out the simple recipe to liven up a bbq classic. Ingredients: 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (About 2 Lbs) 1 Pineapple, Cut into 1 1/2 – Inch Chunks 2 – 3 Summer Squash, Cut Into 1½-Inch Chunks 1 Large Onion, Cut Into 1 1/2 – Inch Chunks 12 Strips Bacon 6 Long Skewers Instructions: Chop chicken thighs into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Chop pineapple, squash and onion into 1 ½ inch chunks. Cut the strips of bacon into thirds. Wrap bacon around chicken and pineapple chunks. Pineapple Rum Punch

The summer’s right around the corner and there is no better party drink that a punch. With the perfect mix of tropical flavors in one amazing and easy to make party drink! Ingredients: 3 cups Canada Dry® Ginger Ale 3 cups pineapple juice 1 cup Malibu rum Fresh pineapple chunks   Instructions: Mix together Canada Dry® Ginger Ale, pineapple juice and Malibu rum over ice. Serve with skewers of fresh pineapple chunks as garnish.
