Mascarpone Stuffed Dates Recipe


  1. medjool dates
  2. ½ cup of mascarpone cheese
  3. walnuts


  1. Fill a ziploc baggy or piping bag with the mascarpone cheese. Cut a little bit of one of the corners of the ziploc.
  2. Cut a slit lengthwise in the medjool dates and remove the pits. Fill with mascarpone and top with walnuts as desired.
