Lasagna Wraps

  • Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • cube Pop & Cook Basil
  • 1 cube Pop & Cook Garlic
  • cubes Pop & Cook Sauteed Glazed Onions
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese
  • 2 1/4 c Pasta Sauce ,divided
  • oz Mozzarella Cheese , shredded
  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil.

  2. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.

  3. Drain water from the pot and place noodles on a flat surface. ( I suggest using a piece of parchment paper).

  4. While noodles are cooking brown ground beef in a skillet. Once the beef is mostly browned drain it and return it the the skillet.

  5. Add basil, garlic, onions, salt, and 1 cup of the pasta sauce.

  6. Continue cooking for 5-10 minutes.

  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  8. With the noodles laid on a flat surface spread 2 ounces of meat sauce on each noodle. Leave 1/3 of the noodle bare.

  9. Top the meat sauce with 2 ounces of cottage cheese.

  10. Starting at the end of the noodle roll it up rolling towards the bare end of the noodle.

  11. Ad about 1/4 cup of pasta sauce to the bottom of a casserole dish.

  12. Place each lasagna roll up into the casserole dish.

  13. Pour the remaining 1 cup of sauce over the lasagna roll ups.

  14. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  15. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  16. After 20 minutes remove the aluminum foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
