Asparagus Quiche with Squash Crust Recipe

Ingredients 13 ounces, weight Asparagus ½  Small Yellow Onion 2 cloves Garlic 1 teaspoon Olive Oil 5  Eggs 1 cup Milk 1 cup Swiss Cheese ½ teaspoons Salt ¼ teaspoons Pepper 3 cups Cooked Spaghetti Squash (1 Small Squash) Preparation Instructions Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, and cut the asparagus spears into 1-inch pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and saute onion and garlic for several minutes, until the onion is soft. Lasagna Wraps

Ingredients 8 Lasagna Noodles 1 lb Ground Beef 1 cube Pop & Cook Basil 1 cube Pop & Cook Garlic 4 cubes Pop & Cook Sauteed Glazed Onions 1 tsp Salt 16 oz Cottage Cheese 2 1/4 c Pasta Sauce ,divided 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese , shredded Instructions In a large pot bring water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente. Drain water from the pot and place noodles on a flat surface. ( I suggest using a piece of parchment paper). Ingredients 12 slices whole wheat sandwich bread (see note) 1 cup natural peanut butter (we use creamy) 3/4 cup 100% fruit seedless strawberry jelly (see note) 12 eggs 1 1/4 cups nonfat milk 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup 3 teaspoons vanilla 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt For serving: Strawberries and Cream Topping, sliced strawberries and bananas, or other berries Instructions In a 9×13 pan coated with cooking spray, lay out 6 slices of bread in a single layer. Ingredients 6 large croissants, cut open 1 pkg bacon 8 slices provolone cheese 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded 8 eggs 2 Tbsp milk 2 Tbsp butter Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. 2. Cook bacon and set aside on a plate with a paper towel to soak up the grease. Once cooled, break into 1 inch pieces (approximately). 3.
