Ingredients 1 lb Pork sausage 1 package Pillsbury™ Crescent rolls 8 oz Cream cheese , cubed 1 c Cheddar cheese , shredded 8 Eggs 1/4 c Heavy cream 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Once the sausage is cooked through drain grease from sausage and put it back in the skillet with cream cheese. Continue to cook until cream cheese and sausage are combined. Unroll crescent rolls and press the seams together to make one sheet of dough, and place crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. Spread the sausage mixture over the crescent rolls. Mint Oreo Layered Casserole

Ingredients 1 package Mint oreos 1 c Milk 16 oz Cool whip 8 oz Cream cheese 1/2 c Confectioner’s sugar 1/4 tsp Mint extract 4 drops Green extract 1 box Chocolate pudding , large + Milk as required in instruction on the box Instructions Make pudding according to directions on the box. Put it in the refrigerator until it has set. Dunk each Oreo in milk and place it in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix 1 container Cool Whip, cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, mint extract, and food coloring, together until smooth. Spread mixture over the cookies. Spread pudding over the cream cheese mixture layer. Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle the top with crushed mint Oreos. Put it in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!

Beer Brat Sliders Recipe

Ingredients 38 oz Smithfield Yuengling Brats. 10 Pretzel rolls 5 slices Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar Cheese 11 oz Bell peppers , sliced (about 2 peppers) 16 oz Yellow onion , thinly sliced (about 2 mediums) ½ c Yuengling Traditional Lager 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard Instructions Grill brats on med-high heat for about 20 mins or until cooked through. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in beer and cook for additional 5- 10 mins or until liquid is gone. Ingredients: Whole Grain Tortillas 1 Ripe Banana Peanut Butter Yogurt (optional) blueberries & other fruits (optional) granola (optional) Instructions: You start with a little peanut butter spread on a whole wheat wrap and a sliced up a banana. Then you can add just about anything you like so they never get boring.Fresh strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and granola is my favorite combination. Roll it up and breakfast is served.

Chicken Avocado Salad

Ingredients Chicken Salad 4 oz. Grilled or Baked chicken, cubed 3 Cherry tomatoes, sliced ½ Avocado, cubed Salt to taste Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette 3 Tbsp Olive oil 2 Tbsp Lime Juice 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 Tbsp Cilantro Salt to taste Instructions Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette Whisk all ingredients together adding salt slowly until you reach the taste you like. Chicken Salad Combine the chicken and tomatoes and pour ½ of the vinaigrette over them. Mix together until well coated. Add avocado and the rest of the vinaigrette and toss gently so you don’t smash the avocado. Salt to taste. Eat as is or serve them in lettuce wraps.

Ingredients 48 Tater Tots , frozen 6 Eggs , large 8 oz Ground sausage 4 oz Cream cheese 4 oz Cheddar cheese , shredded Instructions Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium high heat. Once meat has browned drain the grease then add sausage and cream cheese back to the skillet and cook until fully combined. Set aside. In a skillet scramble the eggs and set aside. Grease a mini muffin pan and place three tater tots in each cup. Bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove the muffin pan from the oven and use a tamper to press the tater tots down into each cup. This will create a tater tot cup. Simple Pasta Dish

Ingredients 1 bag Barilla Ready Pasta Penne 8 spears Asparagus , trimmed 4 oz Prosciutto , sliced 1/4 c Olive oil 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 tsp Rosemary , finely chopped Salt and Pepper to taste Instructions Tear top of Barilla Ready Pasta bag to vent and microwave for 60 seconds. Wet a paper towel and wrap it around the asparagus. Microwave on high for 3  minutes or until asparagus is tender. While the asparagus cooks whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, salt and pepper in a small bowl. When asparagus is ready cut it into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl with sliced prosciutto and Barilla Ready Pasta Penne. Pour the vinaigrette over the pasta and toss to coat. Add more salt and pepper as needed. Enjoy!

Ingredients 1/2 lb Ground beef 1/2 lb Ground chorizo 1/2 packet Taco seasoning 10 oz RO*TEL 1/4 tsp Salt 2 c Cheddar cheese , shredded Toppings for taco: Sour cream , avocado, cheese, lettuce, etc. Instructions Preheat oven to 350F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat place 2-3oz piles of cheese 2 inches apart. Press the cheese down lightly so it makes one layer. Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are brown. Ingredients: Pork Tacos 16 oz Smithfield Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin 2 c Radishes , sliced 2 c Red Cabbage , chopped 2 c Tomatoes , diced 1 Jalapeno , sliced 1 c Queso Blanco , crumbled 1 Avocado , diced 1 c Cilantro , minced 4 Flour Tortillas, 6-inch Garlic Ranch Dressing 1 packet Ranch Dressing 1 c Mayonnaise 1 c Milk 2 tbsp Parsley , chopped 2 tbsp Garlic , finely minced Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish and place the tenderloin in it. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees F. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes and then thinly slice.
