INGREDIENTS 2-3 lbs beef brisket ½ tsp garam masala or allspice 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1.5 tbsp liquid smoke ½ cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store bought) INSTRUCTIONS Prepare the brisket a day before you would like to eat it.
