Ingredients: Serves 8  24 Large Raw Shrimp, peeled 16 Small Corn Tortillas 4 cups shredded cabbage ¼ jalapeno, finely minced (about ½ Tablespoon) 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 3 Garlic cloves, pressed or finely minced 1 lime, zested and juiced ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon chili powder kosher salt 1 Avocado, diced salsa for serving Instructions:  Combine the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, lime zest, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, red pepper flake and ¼ teaspoon salt. Ingredients: 3 Tbsp room temperature butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary ½ tsp salt Freshly cracked pepper (about 10 cranks of a mill) 2 split chicken breasts* (about 3 lbs. total) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 275ºF. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to warm slightly as you prepare the butter herb mix (5 minutes or so). Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups (350ml) tequila 2 cups (500ml) grapefruit juice 3/4 cups (180ml) fresh lime juice 4 tablespoons honey 1-2 whole jalapeños, sliced Lime and grapefruit slices, for garnish Granulated sugar and fresh cracked pepper, for rimming the glasses Instructions: In a shallow plate, combine sugar and pepper. You’ll use this mixture to rim the glasses. Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and stir well to combine. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes to 2 hours, checking spiciness from time to time. Ingredients: about 8 oz of dark chocolate, I used Trader Joe’s 73% Super Dark chocolate bars (the higher the percentage of cacao the better) assorted dried fruits, chopped nuts, and seeds Instructions: Lay out a piece of parchment paper, or waxed paper, or foil. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put in a microwave safe glass measuring cup. Microwave for 60 seconds, and then stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds, and then stir again to completely melt the chocolate. If there are still lumps, microwave for another short burst and stir again.
